南京金陵檢測工程有限公司（簡稱金陵檢測JIC），位于南京市棲霞區甘家巷。其前身是石油部第二工程公司實驗室，成立于1972年。1988年更名為中國石化集團第二建設公司檢測公司。2003年底完成國有企業改制，成為有限責任公司。

      公司主要經營范圍包括：無損檢測、理化試驗、焊接工藝試驗、焊工培訓、熱處理等。公司現有員工200余人。其中持有國家檢驗檢疫總局考核頒發的特種設備無損檢測Ⅲ級資格10人20項次，Ⅱ級人員78人198項次。高級工程師6人，工程師和技師21人，持有國家檢驗檢疫總局和勞動社會保障部聯合考核頒發的金屬材料試驗高級工9人，化學分析高級工8人。公司有γ源36枚（Ir192源26枚，Se75源10枚），300KV射線機27臺，250KV射線機84臺，200KV射線機43臺，超聲波探傷儀25臺，NITON光譜儀4臺，活動暗室18個，管道爬行器8臺，理化檢驗設備29臺套。

      公司在國內檢測行業中技術能力和管理水平處于領先地位，目前公司已取得的資質有：

      建設部頒發的“無損檢測工程專業承包壹級”證書；

      中國合格評定國家認可委員會頒發的“實驗室認可證書”；

      國家檢驗檢疫總局頒發的“特種設備檢驗檢測機構核準證--無損檢測A級證書”；

      江蘇省環保廳頒發的“輻射安全許可證”；

      江蘇省質量技術監督局頒發的“計量認證證書”；

      江蘇省建設廳頒發的“建設工程質量檢測機構”；

      幾十年來公司完成了上百套國家重點工程的建設，服務單位主要有：揚子石化、揚子-巴斯夫、金陵石化、儀征化纖、福建煉化、青島大煉油、鎮海煉化、海南大煉油、天津石化、燕山石化、安慶石化、九江石化、荊門石化、洛陽石化、齊魯石化、南化公司等等，并與國內外知名的總包商SEI、SSEC、BECHTOLL、中鼎等作為第三方檢測單位進行了合作。檢測業務范圍涉及石化裝置、國家戰略儲備油庫、商業原油儲備油庫、電廠、長輸管線、大型體育場館等銷量項目的無損檢測領域，近年來還參與了沙特SABIC項目、揚子-巴斯夫項目等合資/外資項目，企業形象和管理水平得到了提升，贏得了客戶的一致好評。

      Nanjing Jinling Inspection Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter is referred to as JIC) is situated in GANJIAXIANG, QIXIA District, Nanjing city. Its precursor is the laboratory of No. 2 Engineering Company of Ministry of Petroleum, founded in 1972. It was renamed as Inspection Company of SINOPEC No. 2 Construction Corporation in 1988. It finished system transformation of state-owned enterprise at the end of 2003 and becomes a limited liability company.

      The major scope of business of the company includes: NDT, Physical and Chemical tests, Welding process tests, Welder training, Heat treatment etc. Now there are more than 200 employees in the company. Among them 10 persons have had 20 item  ? times of level 3 qualification and 78 persons have had 198 item  ? times of level 2 qualification for NDT of special-purpose equipment issued by State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). 6 persons are senior engineers, 21 persons are engineers and technicians, 9 persons are senior technicians for metallic material test issued jointly by AQSIQ and Ministry of Labor and Social Security and 8 persons are senior technicians for chemical analysis. The company owns 36 γ-ray sources (26 Ir192γ-ray sources and 10 Se75γ-ray sources), 27 300kV radiographic machines, 84 250kV radiographic machines, 43 200kV radiographic machines, 25 ultrasonic equipments, 4 NITON portable alloy analyzers for Positive Material Identification(PMI), 18 mobile dark rooms, 8 pipe crawlers and 29 units/sets of physical and chemical inspection equipments.

      The company takes a leading place in domestic inspection sector in terms of technical capability and management level. At present, the qualifications of the company has obtained are:

      Class A certificate for professional contracting of NDT engineering issued by Ministry of Construction;

      CNAS for Conformity Assessment Laboratory Accreditation Certificate;

      Inspection and Testing Institution Approval Certificate of Special Equipment -- Class A certificate for Non-Destructive Testing issued by AQSIQ;

      Radiation safety license issued by Department of Environmental Protection of Jiangsu Province;

      Metrology accreditation certificate issued by Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu Province;

      Construction project quality inspection institution issued by Department of Construction of Jiangsu Province;

      Certificate for ISO 9001 quality management system、certificate for GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management and certificate for ISO14001 environmental management system issued by China Certification Center for Quality Mark.

      For tens of years the company has completed the construction of more one hundred national important projects, the units we served are mainly: Yangzi Petrochemical Company、YPC-BASF、JINLING Petrochemical Company、YIZHENG Chemical Fiber Company、SINOPEC Fujian Refining Chemical Company、QINGDAO Oil Refinery Company、ZHENHAI Refining Chemical Company、HAINAN Oil Refinery Company、TIANJIN Petrochemical Company、YANSHAN Petrochemical Company、 ANQING Petrochemical Company、 JIUJIANG Petrochemical Company、JINGMEN Petrochemical Company、LUOYANG Petrochemical Company、QILU Petrochemical Company、NANJING Chemical Engineering Company, etc., and had cooperation with well-known general contractors both at home and abroad such as SEI、SSEC、BECHTOLL、CTCI etc. as a third-party inspection company. The inspection scope covers NDT field of such projects as petrochemical plants、state strategic reserve fuel depots、commodity crude oil reserve depots、 power plants、long-distance transportation pipelines、large-scale stadiums etc., in recent years the company has also participated in joint venture/foreign-funded projects such as SABIC project in Saudi Arabia、YPC-BASF project etc..
